You’re buying a Used Set of Four Stamps (
    OFF PAPER
), Scott #'s 4637-40, Forty-Five Cent Forever Stamps, Four Flags Coil Stamps Serpentine Die Cut 11 (Equality, Justice, Freedom and Liberty). The sets are in Excellent shape! The stamps are Glue/Gum Free and Never been Hinged!  Thanks for Looking!
Note: There is more than one Set for sale, the picture shown (Stock Photo) will not be of the stamps you receive, however, they will be of the same quality or better!
These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or in Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
