Orb-3 Lake & Pond Enzymes are formulated to remove organic material and suspended solids without harming the biota present in lakes and ponds. By using Orb-3 season after season, you can enhance water clarity, decrease any foul odors, and minimize the accumulation of decaying leaves, fish and duck feces and the effects of overfeeding.
This product promotes effective biological remediation in three key ways: a broad-based enzyme blend rejuvenates existing bacteria; a select blend of surface tension modifiers that quickly breaks down organics; and a fortified nutrient package to shore up any weak areas in your water chemistry. That rich combination keeps fish, plants and other wildlife happy!
Choose from the "Water Garden" formula for smaller bodies of water or the full "Lake & Pond" formula for larger bodies of water.
Usage Rate:
Lakes & Ponds: Initial: 1 gal per acre-foot, Bi-Weekly: 1/2 gal per acre-foot, Water Gardens:Initial: 4 ounces per 500 gal, Weekly: 2 ounces per 500 gal
Treats Up To:
2 acre-feet of pond water
For Best Results:
Apply when ambient temperature is 50° - 90° F; dissolved oxygen level is over 1.0ppm; pH is 6 - 8; alkalinity is less than 100ppm.Treat consistently using an automatic feed system. Proper aeration/circulation and more dilution upon application will enhance product performance.
