Ethnic tribal jewelled Sindhi cap

Exquisitely embroidered and studded with irridescent jewels, this Sindhi cap is a beautiful addition to any fine collection of costume headwear. Traditionally worn by boys and men in Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and the Punjab, these caps make wonderful foundations for women’s costume head dresses or even fashion statements.This beautiful cap features more elaborate patterns and color combinations than I have seen before. Embroidered in silvery-gray floss, highlighted with orange, with black edging. Stones are yellow, pink and lilac. Cap measures about 6 1/4” diameter. It fits me worn tipped forward on the forehead.
